In Bhaktapur, Shitala Ekadashi is observed

Devotees walk around the city during the Madhav Narayan Mela, which runs from Poush Shukla Purnima to Magh Shukla Purnima at Hanuman Ghat in Bhaktapur. As a result, the Baratalus (Participant) arrived at Hanuman Ghat via Taumadhi, Golmadhi, Dattatraya, and other Bhaktapur locations.

Hanuman Ghat is a well-known pilgrimage spot in Bhaktapur. Every year, similar in Sankhu‘s Shali Nadi,Madhav Narayan Mela is conducted here. The Magh Dhanla (Madhav Narayan) fast is observed every year from Poush Shukla Purnima to Magh Shukla Purnima, according to the locals.

The male Baratalus (Participant) visit Tilmadhav Narayan in Taumadhi on the Ekadashi day of Magh Shuklapaksh and then travel to Hanuman Ghat’s Triveni and rest in the reservoir.
